These apartments are very safe, there is always light outside, and almost always parking close to you. Also, there is enough peace to sleep at night.

Rent keeps going up and not moderately, and nothing is improved. 5 years here they have never repainted same carpet as previous tenants had and old washer and dryer

Apartment in general is good besides how thin the walls are. Management is poor. You can never get a hold of mike, he never answers "emergency" issues. Takes days/weeks to get back to you and it is very aggrevating. He is also rarely in the office so the hours on the website mean nothing.. Maintenance guy was let go, and new guy is off and im not too sure if he knows what hes actually doing, its scary..
