My overall experience living here is fairly good. The staff in the office and maintenance are very helpful and pleasant except the outside contractors are very slow in fixing any issues. I feel the location is good and it's very secluded but it's not worth the money to me.

Great view, great location. New staff is very nice. Sylvia is and always was the best. Maintenance guys are fantastic. Maintenance requests seem to get done faster under new ownership. Parking is atrocious. Each home should get two spots. Prices rise yearly without anything added in value
