Great place to live
This is a great place to live. Environment is serene, staff is courteous and amenities and wonderful, even though I don't use some of them. I would recommend the Upton. Its a place away from the hustle and bustle where we feel safe and secure.

Not as advertised
Building looks beautiful. Amenities are great, when they work. Advertises high end appliances, mid-level at best. Fit and finish and attention to detail are poor. I.E., my front load washer needed leveling, they used a piece of 2x4. Biggest issue is vertical and horizontal noise due to wood frame construction. We can hear ever step the baby upstairs from us makes including crying. You can hear when they pull up their shades. You can hear when upstairs and next door units use their bathrooms, close cabinets and run washer and dryer.
