Woodmont Townsquare

I love my apartment and almost everything about the community. Parking is once again an issue. Last night when I came home from work there were no parking spaces near building 5000 but I counted 6 cars without parking stickers or with a visitor tag. It was 7:30 at night. That's not allowed right? Additionally, the people in the apartment above me are extremely loud banging on floors, dropping heavy objects and talking (yelling) loudly. I deal with it since the propery manager told me I could move if it bothered me so much. It's as if I have no rights. I understand there will be noice but this is excessive pounding and running on floors without area rugs.
