Nice Place
It's a pretty nice place to live. Quiet, good parking, good maintenance. Staff are all nice. No complaints here.
Review
Greatful to have a roof over me and my families head but the comminity here is not what i hoped for. No one gets back to you things dont get resolved. People get away with alot of “rules” listed in the lease. My rent has been messed up more then twice on rent cafe and had fees added in. There is never someone to talk to above someone else so its just a merry go round trying to het anything resolved. People are rude trashy ect. Like i said blessed to have a roof but the community could have more things for kids and young children to do besides a small park where all the older kids go to hang out. The walls are paper thin and the paint peels right off. People peeing outside in the woods in daylight smoking leaving trash and kids bullying. Sad to say i cant let my kids ride bikes outside or play either due to bullying and alot of residents speeding in and out.

Great maintenance he is always there to help. Have trouble ever getting help in the office
Staff and place
Place is nice neighbors are nice but theres never anybody a the office to help they never answer the phone I have issues With my dish washer since I move almost 2 yeasr ago and they still dont fix it yet. Very irresponsable staff theres anybody to help with anything you have to do things on your own.
