Safe Quite
Lived here going on three years. Good neighbors , quite and peace. I wish there was somewhere to relax outside but other then that good experience. As long as it does not rain heavy.Then parking lot gets a lot of rain

Been hear almost 2years neighbors are wonderful, area is clean and quite. Would recommend this place.
Pleased Tenants
I lived here for three years and it has been a safe community. Everything is cleaned and quite outside. The neighbors are kindhearted people and the one time it was not the leasing agent Jennifer was fair, maintenance do their job well too. I'm a little troubled by the other reviews I have seen but so far my experience has not been bad, I care to live in a place where I can feel safe and hope it continues to be that way. My only complaint that I hope to have my microwave replaced...they glued the piece up that fell apart from old age and it came undone while cooking, I got burned pretty badly, I have spoken to maintenance and they will be replacing it this time around as to not risk that ever happening again so good on them. The dishwasher I had never used fully. I tried it once and water spilled out of it...Never bothered again. To me it simply not worth the hassle, I wish they had a place to lock bikes outside or a small play area for dogs. That's all I have to say but so far so good.
