I have lived here for 5 years 3 months. Best luxury apartment building. Management Jacqueline cares for the residents like her family, Walter the maintenance manager goes above and beyond to help and keep the complex clean.

Bad communication skills

First of all if your lack in communication you should never be a property manager you play a high role in your position and if you don’t do right by your staff, you will end up in a bad situation. People don’t leave bad jobs they leave because of bad leaders, poor managing in a lack of appreciation for their worth. She seems like she’s a great manager, but she’s really looking to get into your information. Jacqueline needs to be investigated with her company under the table is not professional. The worst thing you can do as a building manager is to neglect the need of tenants ; they are your most valuable asset.
