Simple living close to train station. Easy commute to just about anywhere with the train nearby.

It’s a great place for young people because it has a great gym and outside barbecue tables and chairs, pet friendly and it’s close so many restaurants and shopping malls etc. Plus the train is 2 blocks away! Being disabled, and on oxygen, without any assistance, it’s difficult. It was only to be temporary for me, but it’s now over three years because the real estate market is so bad. Rent is expensive, parking and pets cost extra. Management and maintenance people are very nice and helpful. They always had great activities to bring people together. There are new owners since December, and I hope those activities will continue! They even have parties for the many dogs who live here!

Pros: -Staff is super friendly and super accomodating. -Chris and Marie is always on top of any issues and maintenance requests. - close to major roads and activites in the Somerset county -unit is spacious and updated -neighbors are nice Cons: A lot of the apartment get togethers and parties have been cancelled and they were a big part of the amentity fee. Without those, this aparmemt complex’s amentity fee just covers the gym, courtyard, and dog park. I don’t have an EV car so that amentity is useless to me and the coffee machine in the lobby is emty most of the time. I hope more parties and get together comes back. Our unit is priced higher (even before any discounts) than the directs unit above us on floor 2, 3, and 4. The pricing at this compex doesnt make sense anymore. We shouldnt be getting charged an extra 2-3% if the market value of our unit is worth less. We live on the first floor and we were told by the originali leasing team first floor units are less expensive compared to 4th floor units. But that is definetly not the case anymore. Both me and my roommate have issues with the Rent Cafe site. I can’t loggin on my computer or tablet but I can login on my cellphone.

Modern apartments with some having odd layouts. Some 2 bedroom apts have more room/space but less cabinet space

It is my second year at Crossing Raritan and I had a pleasant time with the management and the building.
