Tenant underneath me makes it almost impossible to live comfortably. Blasts music at all times of day. Bangs on his ceiling when it gets “too loud” for him. Sent video evidence on multiple occasions and he continues to pestor my dog and I. Will be leaving after my lease ends because of it.

The apartment is new, in a great location, and affordable compared to other options around here. Excellent superintendent, and overall I like my first year here. The only problems I have involve noise. 1. My neighbor (APT 2) is incredibly loud with his music and tries to get me involved in his dispute with his upstairs neighbor. I am afraid of saying anything to him because he's told me he's screamed and yelled at the upstairs neighbor. He blasts music specifically at night, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I've already complained once. 2. The radiators bang very loudly in the bedroom at nighttime when on in the wintertime. I think the boilers are underneath or close by, but the sudden, loud banging impacted my sleep. I'm not sure how to fix that, if it's even possible.
