Love the history of this building. Have lived here for almost a decade. Building needs a facelift inside with color and carpet. Indoor Bike racks would be appreciated. Outdoor is beautifully maintained.

I have loved living at the Waxwood but it has gone down hill in the past few years, under new management, outside of Hillier. Water damage continues to mark the interior hallways year after year without interior upkeep. Hallway & Stair rugs are stained. The outside of the building is maintained beautifully. The same attention is void on the interior. I have lived here for 12+ years and have requested to get my apartment painted. I am hoping to schedule that soon.

Buiding is in need of repair for interior common space painting, roof & leaks, carpet clean & replacement, window cleaning. The exterior of the building is well taken care of.

Have been living in this apartment building for over a year now and have no complaints. Maintenance is quick and efficient, the street is quiet but very close to stores and cafes at Princeton. Staff is very willing to help always.

I have loved living here for the past few years but the new ownership has not put any money into the building. Leaking from the roof, spackled halls without fresh paint, fountain doesn't work, no security cameras for stolen packages. Windows haven't been cleaned in 10 years.
