The staff at this community are totally and utterly incompetent. When we first toured our guide was unhelpful and lacked professionalism - we wrote it off assuming we wouldnt need to interact with the leasing office enough for it to matter. Unfortunately, we do and every interaction is more frustrating than the last. Not to mention the weird package policies where the office comes and takes packages out of your building (including perishables!) and puts them in a locker so management can collect a fee, annoying trash system (touted as a luxury but is actually smelly and inconvenient), management who contradicts eachother and does not honor written commitments. Also beware the model apartment has numerous different finishes than the actual units. Clubhouse (read: gym) AC is frequently broken and overrun with unsupervised children. Decent apartment units but suggest you find elsewhere to live due to numerous issues.

The elevator on out building has been broken twice in less the one year. The first time it took over two months to repair. This time it has been over three weeks. And all we get are Worthless apologies and food delivery subscriptions. I have had to cancel visits by my aging parents to accommodate this incompetence.
