So far things have been good but I can tell that the building material is cheap. We can always hear our neighbors footsteps above us and the flush/water running in the bedroom.

Warm home

Very nice area to live. Love the apartments. Neighborhood very clean and the people are friendly. Only things I do not like it the mail lobby area. People leave their packages there for months and it gets messy. I hate messiness. But overall i love woodmont way.

Not worth the money

We have lived here for almost a year now. The unit has some issues that probably should have been addressed before completion, i.e. faucets that splash all over your clothes; sound proof floors and ceilings- these units are extremely noisy; heat and air doesn't distribute very well its cold in the bedrooms and warm in the living room. The valet garbage always has issues picking up, The elevators are constantly breaking down, and the housekeeping for the building is subpar. The staff with the exception of a male in the front office are professional and helpful but i think they are limited to what they can actually do with theses issues. Great location....
