Bad build quality and dodgy bills

The build quality is so bad you will hear every single step your upstairs neighbor takes, every time they use the bathroom, and any other activity. The only thing worse that the build quality is the known mold problem (check your lease!) and the incompetence of Eames, Jonathan, and Usha who always manage to make billing mistakes (but always in their favor).
