pros: Centrally located in the heart of downtown near prudential center, stores, restaurants, train station, nj pac airport, american dream mall, met life stadium, the apartment has a very nice luxury ambiance feel, high celings cons: building doesn't have any amenities, can get noisy due to location, maintenance could improve with timelier responses and there is no parking.
