It is getting very expensive. Even the parking is expensive. The repairs from the leak have been taking tooo long! Maintenance team is very responsive.

Rental office manager is rude and un-accomodating. We need to ask 3-4 0r 5 times before they listen. Building Super is excellent and gets things done same day whenever possible. Parking team does not exist; storage is inadequate. Rentcollection system does not leave a trail of bills rendered and payments you received. All members representing senior management are non-responsive. Other esidents are more helpful than management. It is taking forever to repair damage that the November flood caused. Residents are not treated well by anyone other than Raphael and Fernando. Nobody has stepped forward to ease the strain caused by the flood - mail, packages, access to everything!

Have lived at Kentshire six years. Close proximity to my family main reason for living here. Communal living does bring challenges which I am able to cope with. Enjoy the pool but wish they would fix the heater and provide more seating - perhaps in the grassy area to the left of door by gym. Hoping some day hall carpeting can be professsionally cleaned. Not particularly happy about the new parking fee!
