Keep premises clean

The building can be kept cleaner, here should me more organization in the mailroom, the room trash door should not be locked so that people can discard their trash and not leave the trash in the garage.

My boyfriend and I moved in to the View in early July 2024 and so far things have been going well. Noise wise, there have been a few instances where we can hear people in the hall or neighbors hammering/construction being done to renovate units but nothing more than a one off. The amenities are great. We love to go down and play a few games of pool or ping pong some evenings and have had a chance to dip our toes in the whirlpool which was much more refreshing than anticipated! What a nice surprise! We have a dog and were nervous moving in to a unit like this right on a main road. However, it has not been an issue. Our dog LOVES the dog run and being able to run off leash. MOST other dog owners are good about cleaning up after their dogs and the space is great to let your dog explore off leash and sniff around and run. I would be remiss if I did not mention how incredibly helpful Elizabeth was throughout the entire process of touring, paperwork and scheduling moving in and more! She is heaven-sent and made the process smooth and left us with no questions or uncertainty moving in. 10/10 recommend :)
