Don’t waste your money.
I lived here for almost 6 years, the rent started for 1,950 with the apartment, garage and storage. I left the garage too save money and now I pay, 2,622 same as the new people who moved. They never fix anything in the property and they made me pay 10% extra for rent and i pay water, and ive never seen any bill for the water.
Not worth it
Lived here for 5+ years for convenience. It used to be a good deal on a $/sq. foot for what you were getting. No longer, new management has increased rent so its no longer competitive. They conveniently started charging a sewage/water fee that used to be included (of course you cant sign up yourself) i.e. a single person will not actually use all they get charged for. A majority of the gym machines have been broken or not working for years with the TV's only partially working. Package security is non existent anyone can walk off the street and grab your packages. Kids run around the halls making noise frequently and are often left unattended in the gym. Parking is a joke. They were required to buy a lot next door to add more because it was so bad and of course its not included you have to pay extra. If I were able to turn back time I would never have moved here in the first place. The convenience factor barely outweighs the recent price hikes.
