moved in a week ago and am loving the metuchen neighborhood. very friendly and accessible property manager as well as maintenance guy. friendly neighbors/tenants and friendly animals in the units. all hardwood floors and new countertops and appliances. great living experience so far!

Since Sanzari has acquired this property, the level of service has plummeted. There is no longer a cleaning crew to clean the hallways, I have been cleaning my hallway myself. The landscaping is wildly overgrown and grass is dead due to no irrigation system anymore. Garbage/Litter in the parking lot on the sidewalks. This would have never been this way if kreigman & smith still owned the property.

The community is good, great location. Its clean and quite. The only problem i have is my neighbor upstairs. I hear unexplainable noises in the middle of the night for last 3 years ( not every night, but often), like something being dropped on the floor or furniture being moved. Not sure what is going on up there.

Great location, close to the train station and everything that downtown has to offer property very well maintained and cleaned. Its right by the train tracks but you get use to the noise and don't hear it unless you are outside. The parking is convenient if you have one car, if you have two cars "good Luck" finding parking spot. Also we have video cameras on premises, but not all of them are working, Would be great to make sure that all of them do work for safety purposes. The bike rack is full of old rusty bikes that belong to people that don't leave here anymore. I have to keep my bike in the apartment because of that, which is very inconvenient. I understand that there is only so much you can do about the parking and probably i am not the first one to point it out, but the cameras and the bike rack should be an easy fix for the management. I've being living here for 2 years now and going on the 3rd one, This is a very clean pet friendly community, we are happy to be here.

There has been nothing but let downs and the value of the complex has decreased substantially since Alfred Sanzari Enterprise bought the complex.
