Great community with couple of minor improvements to make
Great location, close to the train station and everything that downtown has to offer property very well maintained and cleaned. Its right by the train tracks but you get use to the noise and don't hear it unless you are outside. The parking is convenient if you have one car, if you have two cars "good Luck" finding parking spot. Also we have video cameras on premises, but not all of them are working, Would be great to make sure that all of them do work for safety purposes. The bike rack is full of old rusty bikes that belong to people that don't leave here anymore. I have to keep my bike in the apartment because of that, which is very inconvenient. I understand that there is only so much you can do about the parking and probably i am not the first one to point it out, but the cameras and the bike rack should be an easy fix for the management. I've being living here for 2 years now and going on the 3rd one, This is a very clean pet friendly community, we are happy to be here.
Living at Greenway Village- Metuchen
There has been nothing but let downs and the value of the complex has decreased substantially since Alfred Sanzari Enterprise bought the complex.

Really nice apts .Friendly tenants and staff.
Great Location, Wonderful Building
We have loved living here for the past year and a half- such a clean building, great response time and helpfulness from the super if something goes wrong or needs fixing, and well kept grounds. Would have loved an elevator for accessibility but the location is GREAT near downtown, the train and the Greenway. Also love the pet friendly atmosphere.
Comfortable place to live
Lived here four years and the neighbors are very nice. Noise level very minimal and ground maintenance is very nice. Staff are nice to work with.
