Animal Policy:
No more than two (2) animals per unit. Must not exceed 80 pounds full grown. A one-time $300 non-refundable pet-fee is required per animal. Pet rent is required as well. Cats will require $15 per month, dogs under 35 lbs are $25 per month and dogs over 3 lbs are $35 per month.
