Why Renters Love It Here
Walls are very thin
Neighbor is up all through the night. On the phone. Can here the TV on in the other apartment.
Great place to be
Overall its a nice place to live all things considered
Clean, Nice Staff, but Too Noisy
I've been living here for almost 2 years. I love my apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated. I love the recessed lighting, heat and hot water are always on point, nice floors and Willie, the maintenance guy, is very friendly and helpful. Any requests made are usually taken care without hesitation. A couple of my neighbors are very friendly, which makes it easy to live there. However, I would not recommend these apartments to someone I know if they are looking for quietness. I've lived in apartments just about all my life and I am aware of "normal" noises that come with apartment living, but these apartments have ZERO sound barriers. I can hear my neighbors sneeze, cough and have a conversation. I can actually hear what they are saying too, which is beyond annoying. You hear every single noise so forget about getting a sound sleep or even just relaxing. Also, the parking spots are too close to one another. Good luck trying to get out of your car if someone parks next to you. Again, nice staff and well kept apartments and grounds, but you can forget about peace and quiet living here.
Is great

Good area and location
