I have lived here for almost 2 years. The best thing about this place is how clean it is however, They have changed management since i moved in and they are a downgrade; the new management always has a delay on notices for everyone. They are now charging to sewage and did not mention it until the charge was already posted; they do not take resident complaints seriously. They take parking passes so seriously but half the time people in those spots do not have one and are just taking up the spots. the new maintenance team leaves nails and dirt all over the place when they enter your apartment. They raise the rent but there are no improvements just more and more issues and less communication when things are down or out of service. You don't know until you yourself notice it. Super disappointed in were I live now.

I’ve been a resident here since the building first opened, and unfortunately, my experience has been filled with constant issues and disappointments. While I understand that new buildings and transitions in management can come with growing pains, the truth is — tenants here have never really been prioritized. From the beginning, concerns have often gone ignored or brushed off with repeated excuses. Maintenance delays, broken amenities, lack of clear communication, and unfulfilled promises have all become the norm. Instead of proactive solutions, we’re often met with empty reassurances and little to no follow-through. What’s most frustrating is the lack of genuine accountability. A change in management should have been a chance to improve the resident experience — instead, it’s been more of the same: long wait times, inconsistent service, and a general sense that tenant satisfaction is at the bottom of the list. We chose this building with the hope of a well-run, luxury experience. What we’ve gotten instead is ongoing stress and disappointment. It’s disheartening to feel like rent is expected on time each month while our concerns are continually sidelined. I hope this feedback encourages real change, not just another explanation.
