Good place to start living
The place is good it has high quality equipmetn and its a great place to start your journey in New York. I love the modern style of the apartements and the building is always clean the only problem i have is with the neighbors in the garbage disposal area that they dont know how to trhow garbage down the shoot. But i love the staff, friendly and very profecional. I feel this aprtment complex does not belong to the area, i expected it to be in a place like newport!

I have lived here for half a year. Generally the building is good. Its new, so there will be some smell at first. Staff are friendly anc package are well managed. Parking garage is not in door.

Lovely Apartment and Location
My apartment is spacious and allows a lot of sunlight. The management and staff are helpful and very kind. I absolutely love the location of my apartment. Just a 7 minute walk to the PATH stattion makes traveling to work easy.
