Living at 340 3rd

The mailroom is never organized nor are packages out aeay in lockers. Totally useless. The carpets on each floor should be cleaned more frequently. As theres debris and leaves all over. For what is being asked for rent its not worth it - rent should be much lower as there are zero amenities and we do NOT even have a SUPER.

It’s a good apartment for the price and the location

The staff is really nice, I like the place its super close to the PATH (10 mins walk) has good restaurant options and is secure!
