Nice Apartment, but Maintenance Needs Improvement

I recently moved back into this apartment in September. The space itself is good, with a nice layout. However, I've been disappointed with the maintenance. Several things needed fixing when I moved in, and despite multiple requests, they still haven’t been addressed. It’s frustrating because the apartment has great potential, but the lack of timely maintenance has made my experience less than ideal. I hope management steps up soon to keep the property as good as possible.
