Why Renters Love It Here
Good but expensive
We have lived here since 2016. We were happy to move in as the development was pretty new, and close to rt-9 and a bus stop. The development is gated, meaning only people come here who need to be here: no through-traffic. That means the streets are pretty safe for kids to play, which we appreciate. The only problem is the constant rent increases. If we'd be paying this amount in mortgage, we'd live like kings.
Great place parking not great
So far so good, the only issue is parking as there is not enough spaces to park.
Place feels like home
Still getting everything ready for the full move in. Love the place love location love how place looks only thing running into is neighbor under me says can hear every foot step. So he's been messaging me and I've have said we will be as respect as we can. But during day my.kids will be kids at night I'll make sure they keep it down. But I'm getting very frustrated
Safe place
This is a very pleasant and safe community to live in, have been here 7 years so far and love it
Love it
The only reason the parking wasn’t a 5 is due to tge parking lots on the weekend. Other than that, everything else has been great! Maintenance is prompt, the property is beautifully kept. The staff is friendly & helpful..
