Overall quality of life
I don't know why you guys keep doing these surveys it's a waste of time because nothing changes. I have to keep putting in the same request for them to get what I need done because they didn't get it done the first time and you guys love raising the rent by a large amount but at least don't fix the buildings and have adequate maintenance.

Overall satisfaction
It's a great place to live but for what we pay the maintenance should be way more on top of things and it shouldn't take months. The over used under staffed is a poor excuse for why things are taking so long. They had the same number of staff than they had before covid. It's just an easy escape reason to dodge responsibility that so many companies are using . Also Vita needs to tone down her sarcasm. She needs to talk to people like their people. We pay alot of money to be here. I tell people who are looking to come here that she's difficult to deal with. You tell me if that's something you want to hear?

Farmingdale gardens
To get something major done maintenance wise is like pulling teeth. For the amount the rent increases there certainly can be more effort. Buildings in and out need over haul. Trees can be knocked down to create more parking. Vita can have a better attitude and alot of us don't appreciate when she and Joe eye ball our apartments as they walk by.

Things to improve on
The outside doors of the apartment building need door closers that stop the doors from slamming. It is very annoying and very loud.
