Farmingdale Gardens

I have lived here a long time, previously Vita was at the property full time and responded quickly to all calls and emails. Now they have someone else coming in once or twice a week who does NOT email or call back. Numerous complaints about tenants likely breaking code violations with number of people living in each unit. Shared spaces are run down and tenants get to leave whatever they want in shared spaces which leads to clutter and uncleanliness. The maintenance crew does great work inside the apartments when you call them, but the buildings are old and the interior wall crack regardless. These units are overpriced, i think if there were washers and dryers in units they could charge what they do. I recommend you find elsewhere to live as management does NOT reply to any emails or requests. I have had to go through corporate for almost all of my requests recently. Shame on the rental group for not having someone on staff full time. They are cutting costs and still making rent prices sky high.

not bad but expensive for that type of living space

I love living in this area. Farmingdale Gardens is a great community. Vita, Joe and the guys are wonderful and have been since I moved here. I really appreciate how helpful they are. Got through a rough time...thank you.

Just have to say, love living here. Safe and comfy. People are friendly. The staff is very accommodating and always willing to help or assist you. Glad I moved here!

I don't know why you guys keep doing these surveys it's a waste of time because nothing changes. I have to keep putting in the same request for them to get what I need done because they didn't get it done the first time and you guys love raising the rent by a large amount but at least don't fix the buildings and have adequate maintenance.

It's a great place to live but for what we pay the maintenance should be way more on top of things and it shouldn't take months. The over used under staffed is a poor excuse for why things are taking so long. They had the same number of staff than they had before covid. It's just an easy escape reason to dodge responsibility that so many companies are using . Also Vita needs to tone down her sarcasm. She needs to talk to people like their people. We pay alot of money to be here. I tell people who are looking to come here that she's difficult to deal with. You tell me if that's something you want to hear?
