In particular, I must extend my heartfelt appreciation to Kevin, who stands out for his genuine care and commitment to all residents. He transcends the typical landlord-tenant relationship, viewing and treating us as individuals rather than just renters. Kevin's compassion and consideration shine through in every interaction, ensuring that our concerns are not only heard but addressed promptly and efficiently. It is refreshing to reside in a place where the staff, especially Kevin G, sees us as people first – understanding and respecting our needs and consistently striving to create a harmonious living environment. I've lived here 3 years and love it, but feel it is very expensive. There is a lot more competetion now and I have found some better values in the Union County area and will consider making a change in the near future.

I have lived here for the past 2 years now! Its a great community to live in however the new management is not good! Says one thing before you renew your lease and then says there are additional charges.
