Pleasing, neighborly and a great location

I love the location. Very convenient all around near supermarkets, 24hour laundry on premises and in the surrounding area, a variety of takeout foods, grounds are kept up well, a great office and maintenance staff. The floors are thin where you can hear upstairs very cearly with the walking and talking. Other than that, in comparison to other apartments, this would be a good pick. Great pick for a starter apartment if you're looking for a private-like place to stay as you save up to buy a home.

Good

Lots of noise upstairs. Very thin ceiling. I called the office once when I first moved there but since I was informed they had to let the tenants know who complained on them, I told them to forget it then. And I never complained since. I just take it. You can even hear the little dog walking. The good thing is we all get along, never any conflicts. It just the loud verbal noise and movements. Living here is otherwise comfortable and the staff is great. Outside of the thin walls, I would recommend moving here. It's private and respectable neighbors overall.
