Common areas have not been painted since Reinhard Manor opened in 2015. Hallway walls are disgusting and garbage rooms need to be painted and their floors need to be washed. I don't even want to walk in there because the walls and floors are filthy. The garbage chutes themselves are filthy.

I love living here however we were promised that the hallways and woodwork would be painted this year. These areas are filthy and need repainting. I feel like management feels that because we're older and the rent is somewhat reasonable that they don't have to maintain the property. The hallway walls and moldings really need to be painted.

Although I love my apartment, there is a lot that needs to be done. The floors are never washed, the Garbage Rooms are a disgrace...the hallway walls and moldings need to be painted. It seems as if "they should be happy the rent is low---we don't need to keep up appearances". Something needs to be done!
