Love the area !

I've been living in queens gardens for a little over 2 years now , I absolutely love the parking space we have , I love the fact that this complex is pet friendly and provides a safe place for my fur babies , we are provided with dog stations all over the complex as well as being located near a couple parks. This area is very walkable if need be as many malls ,grocery stores and convenience store are near by. As for maintenance I have no complaints as regular inspections are completed as well as the emergency maintenance is very efficient as I've never had any major issues in my apartment. My kitchen sink was stopped up one day and emergency maintenance was at my door within 20 minutes to solve our issue even though it was late night ( I was preparing food for thanksgiving ). Overall , I absolutely love this complex , staff is polite and helpful and the area is great. MY only concern is that we are located in a flood zone where my specific building is but since being here we haven't had any bad flooding so overall I give this place a 9/10. I just wish I had washers and dryers in unit as some units have some don't. The building provides a wash room in the basement however I'm not the biggest fan of those machines that would be the only thing stopping this review from being a 10/10.
