Good units
Ample parking, maintenance responds quickly to work orders and have replaced appliances as needed. We looked at more modern complexes in Morristown and Madison and are very satisfied with our choice to move here.

A Quality property
I think the only possible bad things I could say about this place is it's cost is high (but it's much nicer than any other place I viewed when apartment hunting) and the water pressure in the shower isn't the fire hose pressure I like. A quality 8 months living here.
