Best decision EVER MADE. Not only is it a great place for a commuters or college goers but young families too. Schools and stores within walking distance and only require short drives to get what you need. The laundry rooms are almost always available. The superintendent is always on top of your concerns and they are both very friendly. Each unit comes with one parking spot and there's additional parking on the street. It’s safe and quiet.

The place is okay. My first issue with Ramsey Park is this: I've been in contact with management multiple times about a falling cabinet, but they refuse to replace the broken cabinets in the kitchen. Instead of changing the cabinet (which is an old one in one side, and a new one on the other side of the kitchen), they kept sending people to put the pieces back together. The kitchen looks like we are living in a project. My second issue is that most places put a cap on the rent after a certain amount of time that you've been living there. Rumsey Park apartments continue to raise the rent even though my family and I have been living in the complex for ten years. A lot of people move out after a short period of time. Overall the neighborhood is quiet, and the school systems are great. Landscaping is nicely kept, the complex looks clean.
