Good price for large space

The rental price is reasonable for a large space. The location is convenient for commuting to NY by bus or train. The only downside is that on-street parking is a nightmare every day, and sometimes the shared laundry is full of pet hair.

I have now been living in this building for about 4 years and have seen and experienced the changing of supers as well as individuals within Goldberg office. Even though I've only had 1 major issue that required the supers assistance I read/heard about other complaints regarding the maintenance and the lack of timeliness. It would be great to change the system of the washer/dryer into a more up-to-date system (quarters are not easily to come by for most) that uses a rechargeable card system.
