Great location but amenities are minimal for the price.

For the most part, things are good. Not a lot of hear given in the winter. Property well maintained. However, reminders to those with dogs should constantly be sent.

Noise

I’ve been here since 1995 ,for the past seven years I’ve had the worst neighbor ever they fight every single night I call the police at least twice a week the smell coming from their apartment is horrendous, there’s three grown people and a baby and they’re up until 3 o’clock in the morning making noise and I can’t sleep !!! I work 12 hour shifts and I’m grumpy every day because of lack of sleep and nobody seems to do anything to rectify this problem. The second problem is do the field has live in their water from what I understand and the water coming out of my faucet in the bathtub is brown most days I go through filters like I go through paper towels it’s ridiculous
