Overpriced

Bad build quility, lots of obscure noises washer/dryers going off dishwasher going off, doors slamming, hallways walls are wavy, was okay for alittle but the noise from neighbors becomes unbearabable.

Good Balance

Decent Balance cost vs location. would be nice if there were more amenities (Gym, roof top maybe) overall life there is nice and calm, quite location even during summer with many local spots nearby
