Darlene Dering is a true asset. No curb appeal. Light fixture out on street going on 3 years.

I enjoy how well built this complex is. Never hear my neighbors.

Darlene is always responsive and professional. She is a delight to deal with. Parking is not enforced and front sidewalk is messy.

Perfect location close to the beach and a bunch of food and restaurants, beautiful and newly done apartment with rare issues, parking is great, and perfectly walkable town. Couldn't be happier!!

I have lived her for over 4 yrs and have been very happy with the noise level (none) and the expedited maintenance when requested.

I lived there for over 5 years. Beautiful place and view. All of the staff were very attentive and polite. I hope to go back next year if something becomes available!
