We have lived at Boulevard Gardens for over 5 years and are very happy here. The common area/vestibule inside the building is always kept clean, as well as the outside lawns and walkways. The maintenance crew is excellent, and from our building, there is no outside noise. The staff is always helpful, and they also organize community events. Also it is very close to Stephen Gregg Park, which is wonderful. It would be nice if the rent did not go up every single year, but expenses go up as well, so it is understandable. Overall, it is a great place to live.
