Great location, poor maintenance
Love the view & location, great neighbors. Maintenance & upkeep of apartments & building is a common complaint.
I like it fine.
I've been a resident here since 2013. The views, overlooking the bay area and the New York skyline are beautiful. The building sits at the end of First Avenue, at the marina, and next to the Henry Hudson Trail, only 2 miles walk to Highlands. You are next to restaurants, shops, the Seastreak Ferry and more. The large balcony is like another room, a very nice outdoor space. The residents are friendly and courteous. It should be noted that it is an older building from the 60's, I believe. There's been upgrading of the apartments and common areas, but the windows, walls, and heating/air seem to be original. All in all, I enjoy living here for all the points I noted above.
