It is a very nice place. The lobby and gym are cleaned often. Overall it is a very nice place to live.

Building is great with the exception of a couple of noise issues 1. AC is VERY LOUD. Its on a non outside it is obnoxiously loud. 2. Lots of street traffic noise Other than that Eric the building manager is exceptional Always takes care of everything you need extremely fast. Nice size rooms, delievries are easy and amenities are nice.

The overall building is nice, gym is great, its well maintained. Staff is nice and very responsive to needs. However there are several big issues 1. HVAC noise - sounds like a wind tunnel when AC is running - it is not set on an exterior wall. Overall these apts are not built great. 2. Washer/dryer - while its nice having in unit its a very cheap appliance, washer has ruined some clothing items. Lint gets on everything and I clean it after every dryer run. 3. 1st floor apt - not well insulated - I can hear a lot of noise from upstairs unit.
