The following dog breeds, whether purebred or mixed, are strictly prohibited: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Akita, Wolf hybrids, and any other breed deemed aggressive by management. This restriction applies regardless of the dog’s individual temperament or training. Management reserves the right to deny any dog that is considered to exhibit aggressive behavior or poses a potential risk to the safety and well-being of residents, staff, or other pets.
