I love everything about the apartment except it’s poorly insulated. It’s very cold and drafty in the winter.

I LOVE my apartment. I would recommend to anyone. The only drawback is how drafty the windows are.

been here for four years. was very happy up to 6 months ago when there was a water leak from up stairs and the place is still not .finished. Servpro did a very poor job.Other then that I am happy here our Maintenance people are still working on it.

I thoroughly enjoyed living at The Thomas Apartments for the last 2 years. The location is perfect, with friendly residents. The leasing, maintenance, and property management office staff are absolutely wonderful! You will be in great hands living here (timely communication by office staff and maintenance requests). The amenities are great (outdoor pool, clubhouse, BBQ grills, for example). Wonderful place to call home!
