Staff is very good, but resolutions generally slow due to upstream responses. Dishwasher still does not clean properly. been here one year and door bell still rings to somewhere other than our apartment, USPS delivered a package to the front door & left it even though we have a secured mail area. $100 worth of product was stolen and company won't return my money or send a replacement. Acct was on autopay but somehow got dropped off that without notice and I was charged 2 late fees for the same month which I am refusing to pay. I have never been late with my payments!

Improvements have been nice and new community bldg looks nice.... Rent is a litle higher than i feel it should be,certainly 1800. Is more what it should be in my opinion....

Staff and maintenance are very friendly and attentive. Problems get handled quickly and efficiently. Property is still being upgraded and there is some noise, but all in all i love living here. Neighbors and friendly.

Great little apartments. One thing I didn't expect to have to ask or look for in a lease is if smoking indoors is allowed.. it's 2024. But it is... but not on the patio or outside the buildings. For the price, had we known, we would have gone somewhere else. Our hallway reeks of cigarette and it seeps into the apartment.
