Excellent Property Management
I have been a resident for 8 years and have been incredibly impressed, first and foremost, by the maintenance organization. I appreciate the speed at which they respond and the professional way they maintain appliances, plumbing, etc. The property itself is very well maintained, and parking is convenient.
Disrespectful Neighbors with no Solutions
The people who live in this community have little to no regard for the "good neighbor agreement" we all signed when signing our leases. A few times a month people are setting off fireworks in the parking lots, people have very loud cars and motorcycles. Children run screaming down the hallways. My upstairs neighbors are inhumanly loud, I have no idea how their footsteps shake the ceiling lights, frequently my walls shake because of how hard they are stomping on their floor. We live in a community and I try my best to be courteous to my neighbors, I walk softly on the floor, I skip blow-drying my hair if it is before 6 am or after 10 pm. I do not run the laundry late at night. This apartment is too expensive for this level of disrespect. signed, a resident of over 3 years.

Good location with regard to jump off to major cities
Mgmt does do enough to police problem residents. Excessive noise, people parking illegally, etc. There is a complete lack of respect for fellow residents.
