An excellent place that meets my needs.Maintenance responds quickly and does a fine job. There is a potentially serious problem that I have reported three times and pointed out to the maintenance staff. The roof drainage of 25 Storage Drive is faulty and it results in water pooling at the rear corner of the unit. As a result,the patio concrete is expanding a crack and there are cracks developing on an inside wall. The soil at the corner is likely supersaturated and since the corner is near a steep hill with fill at the top, there is a possibility that a landslide could occur.

The townhouses are new. The property has walking paths. During the winter, if you move any cars out of the driveway, the driveways are plowed. The on-site maintenance is responsive.

I have had the pleasure of leasing my new residence with Amelia Village in Nashua NH. The administrative staff here, specifically Anne are in my opinion the best in the business. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful, accommodating and unbelievably friendly and courteous. Anne has been responsive to my every need with quick turnaround for my answers. The apartments and town homes are amazing, but this staff sets a very high bar. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they are worth it.
