I just moved in last week. I really like the apartment. Everything seems new and clean. I like the location, it seems quiet and peaceful. The office staff was really great every step of the way. I can see myself living here for a long time.

University Heights is like finding a pot of Gold. Its s great little community with amazing staff who are pleasant and very responsive to helping out. Location has some beautiful views. Rent is a bit high for being mostly carpeted without higher end touches in places like the kitchen and bathroom. With that said though I’d refer someone to live here in a heartbeat. Amenities are also being worked on and expanded, hard theres only so much a place can build around given the land snd having trees around is nice to have. Again, Pot Of Gold living spot, it can be a hidden gem.

Lived here for over 2 years and love the location. Its nestled away yet not far from Manchester. The building is very quiet which is amazing and nice so when you want to relax someone is not blaring the music. Staff on site are attentive and very kind people. I highly recommend this location.
