Weekly fire alarms
If you WFH or have pets this is not the place for you. Youd be kinder to put your pets down than leave them to endure hours of endless fire alarms several times a week.
Slapped together in worst possible location
If you live here, its best if you don’t like going outside because 9 times out of 10, walking out the door or pulling into the parking lot greets you with the smell of sewage from the water treatment plant next door. The exhaust fan on the stove blows directly onto the cabinet door above. The bricks around the windows are constantly shedding brick dust. Crooked seams and windowsills. This place was just slapped together. Definitely not worth almost $2000 per month.
Quiet, Well Preserved Mill living
I have lived with brady sullivan for almost four years and this is my favorite property! The tall ceilings, huge windows and original floors are just pieces of the charm of living here. The location is perfect for commuters, close to shops and grocery stores. The amenities are great between the game room, fitness center, putting green and additional storage units. I feel that the only thing lacking is parking. It is a large community with not enough parking. Between residents and visitors, its crowded. Our apartment is very quiet and we have not had any issues. Its an old historic building and we know that comes with little inconveniences but the charm and “wow” of everytime i walk into our apartment home makes it worth it!
