This is a fabulous place to live and the value is fantastic. Management is kind and responsive. My only complaint is that it is a bit of a drive to get to a gas station or grocery store but I wouldn’t trade living here for that convenience. It’s a clean building, with a spacious apartment, and the closet is the best, I love having a view of the river. If you have the choice, live here!

I like living here and it feels very safe. I wish there were more amenities, however I can see past that. One big pet peeve is how some folks are allowed to make the first floor smell like cigarettes and musty kids, while some of us have to be around that.

I absolutely love living here, mainly due to the location being river front, but also is a very good apt complex. The building is well managed and always clean. And with a coffee shop right across the street, it's a great place to live!
