Don't make the same mistake
They start by showing a model apartment that looks nothing like what you will get. The model is a waste of time make them show you the exact unit you put money on. They advertise microwave but they don't have them. Maintenance takes months to repair the smallest issue. Most often you will need to have the same thing repaired multiple times because they don't fix it the first time. Snow is not removed for days. Trash litters the property and the hallway is NEVER cleaned.

Review
The apartment serves the purpose nicely. My only complaint is that the refrigerator is super noisy. Maintenance came and looked at it, said it's working fine and sometimes fridges make noise. This is the first fridge I've ever had in my life that's made noise like this. So that is frustrating.

Too many problems
#1 the dryer broke a month after we move in and it took them 6 weeks to fix it. #2 the air conditioning broke one time and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. #3 when we apply they told us the utilities were included and they are not. #4 for the past months they have been trying to add random fees to our rent and every month we have to call them and complain about it ,which it still happening today. #5 the garage door cables broke and they haven't fix it , 2 weeks after it broke they just give us another garage , but the garage is not fixed yet. #6 ever since Melanie started working in the office we've had issues with her. She started complaining about our garage door being left open even though other residents leave theirs open all the time. She also tried to have our vehicle towed for where it was parked at even though other residents park their cars there and never got towed. She's very unprofessional and shouldn't be working somewhere that has to deal with people. She has terrible customer service skills. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! WHEN THE APARTMENTS CAUGHT ON FIRE NONE OF FIRE ALARMS WHEN OFF!!

Auto pay set option either works or doesn’t work some months yet I have to pay for the late fee after it doesn’t go through after a day
