Why Renters Love It Here
Fantastic place to live.
I have lived here for 3 years and intend on staying, no other place I'd rather live.
Big closets, great view, clean building!
This is a fabulous place to live and the value is fantastic. Management is kind and responsive. My only complaint is that it is a bit of a drive to get to a gas station or grocery store but I wouldn’t trade living here for that convenience. It’s a clean building, with a spacious apartment, and the closet is the best, I love having a view of the river. If you have the choice, live here!
Nice but could use more amenities
I like living here and it feels very safe. I wish there were more amenities, however I can see past that. One big pet peeve is how some folks are allowed to make the first floor smell like cigarettes and musty kids, while some of us have to be around that.

I absolutely love living here, mainly due to the location being river front, but also is a very good apt complex. The building is well managed and always clean. And with a coffee shop right across the street, it's a great place to live!
Beautiful, safe place to rent
This property is by far the best place to rent in South Sioux, and i would say it beats any alartment complex in Sioux City as well. The staff, especially Pat, are greart and truly care about the residents. Being able to walk across the street from my building to a beautiful cafe is another perk!
