I love my apartment and the quiet atmosphere. The staff has been pleasant and even with construction still going on, the exterior area remains clean. The interior stairways to the apartment needs a good cleaning from all the kiddos handprints all down the wall and the railing could use a good cleaning. Overall I have enjoyed my stay at The Brink. Still waiting on the fire pit that was told would be installed when I moved in, LOL. Hopefully the pool is better maintained after construction is completed on the last building. It would be nice to have an enclosed fenced area for the dogs so they are not using the front grass area to relieve themselves (not everyone picks up after their pets)
