Great first apartment!
This apartment complex has been a great first home for us. We have felt like this apartment complex is safe, quiet, and staff are always willing to help.
Amazing Staff and Community
The venue at Werner Park is one of the if not the best apartment complex in this region of nebraska. The communjty is amazing and the staff feel like family. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Ive been here almost 4 years, me and my wife have gotten, new jobs, new cars, gotten married, and have our first baby on the way. These things have all happened in our growth into young adults into grown adults. The venue is our home and will be our home until we make our next step in life buying a home. Thank you werner park for being our home.
Beautiful Living Spot
We moved in this month and love the area. Our biggest complaint is parking. It seems like there aren't enough spaces for residents, and we often have to walk quite a way to get to our apartment after parking. Aside from that, we love the area and staff. Everyone has been very accommodating, and we love the different amenities the property offers.
